The roots of our company didn’t begin in the digital space; they began in the trenches with hard hats, hammers and nails, while shadowing and working alongside crews of laborers throughout the mid-west. Growing up on construction sites provided our team with a level of clarity on the effort required, day in and day out, to build something from the ground up. Later, becoming the inspiration to build something of our own.
With the understanding that businesses require many facets to thrive, part of our team veered from the construction sites, into higher education and onto Corporate America. Through this experience, it became clear that no matter what business you pursue, Sales and Marketing remain at the core of your growth. So, we quickly climbed the corporate ladder, securing the opportunity to partner with hundreds of businesses across the United States, Canada and South America on their Sales and Marketing strategies.
Managing millions of dollars worth of marketing budgets, we quickly began to realize where our passion remained: in the service space. But, as our research expanded and our experience grew, we began to see missing pieces in the strategies recommended for service-based professionals. With many large-scale marketing agencies focusing on quantity vs. quality, the implementation of a one size fits all approach to marketing continued to result in frustrated contractors. Because, a marketing strategy for an eCommerce business should not mirror that for a Roofing Contractor.
Understanding your frustrations, we decided to break off from the corporate space and get back to building; building something that would later impact hundreds of contractors across the U.S.
